2. 환급 받을 본인 명의 통장 사본

3. (본인 명의의 통장이 아닌 타인의 통장으로 등록금을 환불 받으실 경우) 위임장 

위 서류를 작성, 서명 후 스캔하여 pdf로 제작 후 광운대학교 국제교류팀으로 보내주시기 바라며 (이메일, 직접 방문 가능)

영어와 한국어 중 1개의 파일만 작성하여 송부하시기 바랍니다.

Students who wish to withdraw from undergraduate admission are requested to submit the following documents:

1. Application for Admission Withdrawal

2. A copy of the bankbook (or bank account information) under the student’s own name for the refund

3. (If the tuition refund is to be made to a bank account under someone else’s name) Power of Attorney Form

Please complete and sign the above documents, scan them, and submit them as PDFs to the Office of International Affairs at Kwangwoon University (submission via email or in person is acceptable).

Please submit only one file, either in English or Korean.
