Chanheum Han presenting at the 2026 ISSCC Student Research Preview
Presentation of Next-Generation Semiconductor Research at ISSCC 2026
Chanheum Han, a Ph.D. candidate from Professor Juhyoung Chae’s research team (Department of Electronic and Communication Engineering), successfully presented his research at the 2026 International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) held in San Francisco on February 16. Along with his presentation, he was honored with the prestigious IEEE SSCS Pre-Doctoral Achievement Award.
The ISSCC Student Research Preview (SRP) is a highly regarded program where emerging scholars share their research directions and engage with global leaders from both academia and industry. It serves as a premier venue for identifying the latest trends in next-generation semiconductor circuit technology.
During the session, Han presented his work on next-generation circuit technologies for chiplets and memory interfaces, a project supported by the Samsung Science & Technology Foundation. His presentation garnered significant attention for its innovative approach to future semiconductor challenges.
