1. 체류기간 연장

가. 일시 : 2021.9.16.(목) 10:00~16:30

나. 장소 : 동해문화예술관 1층 (국제교류팀 사무실 앞)

다. 방법 : 학교 방문예약 필수 http://naver.me/xlWfdAcS

라. 준비서류 : ‘첨부 1’ 참조

마. 각종양식 : ‘첨부 3’ 참조

바. 유의사항

※ 방문 시 본인 예약시간을 준수하며 모든 서류 준비 후 방문

※ 자가격리 중인 경우 친구 대리신청 가능

※ 단체접수를 못한 학생은 Hikorea 온라인 전자민원으로 비자연장 가능. (공지사항 참조: http://oia.ofgod.com/campus/notice.php?BoardMode=view&UID=65​ )

2. 외국인등록

가. 일시 : 2021.9.8.(수) ~ 9.10(금) 18:00

나. 방법 : 온라인 접수만 가능 (http://kisfvisa.org) (자세한 방법 ‘첨부2’ 참조)

다. 준비서류 : ‘첨부 2’ 참조

라. 유의사항

※ 대한민국에 입국 후 90일 이내에 신청해야 하며, 기간 내 미신청 시 과태료가 부과됨

※ 외국인등록은 온라인 접수 후 학교에 방문 할 필요없음

※ 온라인 접수를 못한 학생은 개인적으로 HiKorea(www.hikorea.go.kr)에서 방문 예약 후 직접 출입국에 방문 접수 바람

1. Visa Extension

b. Location: Donghae Culture and Arts Center 1st floor lobby (in front of the International office)

c. Method: Advance reservation required for visit time http://naver.me/xlWfdAcS

d. Required documents : See 'Attachment 1’

f. Notes

※ Please observe the reservation time when visit, be sure to prepare all documents before visiting.

※ Students who are in self-quarantine can apply on behalf of a friend

※ Students who are unable to apply for a group can apply for a visa extension through the e-application of Hikorea

  (see notice: http://oia.ofgod.com/campus/notice.php?BoardMode=view&UID=65)

2. Alien registration

a. Date: 2021.9.8.(Wed) ~ 9.10(Fri) 18:00

b. Method: Online registration only (http://kisfvisa.org) (details please see 'Attachment 2')

c. Required documents : See 'Attachment 2‘

d. Notes

※ Required to apply within 90 days after entering Korea

※ Alien registration is not required to visit university after online registration

※ Students who are unable to apply for a group, personally make a reservation at HiKorea (www.hikorea.go.kr) and apply directly at the immigration office.
